Lately training for the both of us has been less about being big and strong, and more about mobility and overall health and fitness. I’d be lying to say that age wasn’t part of that decision, it is, slightly; but it’s more that we’ve transitioned from actual bodybuilding into combat sports. Being huge and super strong is cool, IN the gym, but serves little to no purpose outside the gym. You’re slow, cumbersome, low stamina, less flexibility, etc. As we age, it’s less about how we look, and more about how we move and feel 💯Okay
