So itβs extra important you maintain good form while performing this exercise so it doesnβt result in injury! π π½ββοΈ This exercise is targeting mainly glutes and hamstrings π Make sure your drawing your shoulders back and keeping your back STRAIGHT! Thatβs the hardest part for me, keep the weight low if you need to and really think about keeping your form and feeling that burn where your supposed to π₯ (glutes and hammies) here I am lifting 95 pounds TOTAL, not my max but I was going for lower weight higher reps this day It will also help strengthen that core and improve coordination ππΌ there are some alternatives for this exercise if it doesnβt feel right! β¬οΈ - Good mornings - Single leg dumbbell Romanian deadlift - Floor lying glute ham raise Iβm going to post an βalternativesβ video soon demonstrating those three exercises π€ Do you want guys love deadlifts?
