I am feeling better and had a really nice Thanksgiving, too. Honestly, so many of the notes you all sent me (and all of the dog and pet photos) really, really helped cheer me up. I appreciate you so much! I’m due for my group meditation tonight so I’m off to realign myself with the universe 💫 but expect more content this week my friends! I have some new things coming ☺️
