


I see I haven’t posted much of me at the gym lately but trust, I’ve been back in full swing as I train for nationals! I’ve always said foam rolling “hurts so good” and I think with how hard my nipples got while I was doing it, I may like the pain a little too much.
Bench has been quite a grind to rebuild due to me potentially changing weight classes soooo gimme a few weeks and I’ll show you what I’ve been cooking (in the gym) 🫣
