Similarly, preparing for the night is important too. Planning for an appropriate amount of sleep is vital for your mental and physical well being. In order to rest easy for an ideal 7 hour period (minimum) be sure you are also setting aside time for exercise. During the day it is recommended to dedicate 45 min to an hour doing moderate intensity physical activity. Sometimes I get my physical activities done at the gym, but other times I put it off until right before bed. These pics show the end of my day. They could possibly assist with some physical activity for some of my fans if anyone is still in need of meeting this requirement tonight. 🤭🤍 Only clean boots are allowed on my bed … dirty boots better come off by the door! 😉
