Life is demanding and if we aren’t careful those demands can spiral out of control, consuming who we are. Taking time to breathe, stepping away from stress, and reflecting on what makes your life worth living is a noteworthy part of our process that deserves cognitive experiences. Today I’m whispering a reminder to find time outside of work for the things you work for, for whatever it is that makes you exist with synergy.
