Taking time to start your day off doing something you love can be a game changer. Today I deliberately set my alarm for earlier than normal because I wanted to spend the quiet morning hours with my horses. There was something so special about starting today in the silence of dawn with the only noise becoming the munching from my horses once I delivered their hay and the birds bringing the trees to life. When I made it back inside to get ready for work I had already been smiling and relaxed for a couple hours, which cloaked my spirit with a good attitude to handle what the day would bring. Opal wanted to say good morning too and to show off her handshaking skills. 🥰 🦮
