

Focus … can be difficult to maintain. In a world full of electronics, the normalization of busyness, and the noise of life constantly buzzing all around us, our attention can be easily diverted. If maintaining razor-sharp focus were simple, then we could all be elite athletes, brilliant philosophers, or flawless idealists.
As it turns out, any of us can lose focus on what we want in life, the things that matter most, or how we can get to where we want to go.
