It was a different experience, not at all unpleasant despite the cold, but also not the most effective method I have used, lol. It did get me thinking about how privileged we are, most of us anyway, and how we take so many simple things in life for granted. We see things like clean running water as a "basic human right", but we don't realise (or perhaps don't want to) that many people in this world do not experience those rights. Sometimes life gets tough, it gets you down - remember in those moments that there are millions of people in this world who are worse off. Be grateful for your lot in life, be humble about what you have. Show some compassion and Kindness to those who have it worse off than us. Everyday go out and try to make the world a better place 💗
