It puts into picture, how I feel like most of our shoots go. Of course it always looks lovely and beautiful and idyllic! That's how things look when you pick only the best 40 shots from 1000+ images from a shoot, but most of the time there's a lot of absurdity going on behind the scenes. And a lot of stuff that just simply doesn't work. On this particular occasion I was enjoying the lovely late afternoon sunshine on my body, while Liam sent me exploring on the dune.... At some stage he shouts "stop there", & of course, I stop. I do my thing as I always do - look this way, look that way, turn around to face the camera, smile, look that way and then this way, etc etc. After a minute I felt a tickle on my foot... I look down only to find I had foolishly stopped directly on top of an ants nest, they were NOT pleased and were swarming up my feet and legs to let me know! At this point I started frantically brushing them off (they can and will bite), promptly lost my balance in the sand and just about ended arse up in the dune bush 😂 Although they don't make for the prettiest photoset, they do make for a great bts set of me at my finest 😂
