

Gym progress! Went to the gym the other day and had a great workout! I leg pressed 500 lbs (shown in the video) and I even hit new PR of 550 though it wasn’t shown in the video (>_<). I hip thrusted 115 lbs (the angle of this video is uhhhh sus 😳 right between my legs my butt is CLENCHINGGG) and I’m slowly working my way up! I ended my workout with a nice stretch… look how flexible I am 🤭
