I decided to think about myself only ( i didnt do this in the last decade almost) for the last 2 weeks and it felt great. i played in a fastball tournament, another softball event and my regular softball league + the beach in Ontario (Sandbanks) for a couple of days. It was wonderful! its hard to come back to work... but everything is almost done!
