However, for me, this page is a personal blog—a corner where I can be alone with myself. Finally, after years of neglect, I started taking care of myself and learning to love myself, thanks to therapy and antidepressants. My self-love is now reflected in the small things that I wouldn't have done before; things I would have found a thousand reasons to postpone. I'm ashamed to admit that I neglected my dental hygiene. But now I'm taking my first steps. I used to fear the dentist, and it was challenging for me even to get a simple teeth cleaning. However, during my recent visit, my long-time dentist was surprised that I came to treat my cavities. It was scary and difficult for me, but instead of the two planned fillings, we ended up doing four in one session. It was a little revelation for myself—a small step of self-love, taking care of my health. I'm so happy that I'm taking these steps, and I hope to continue doing so. I still have ten more problematic teeth, but I'm determined to take care of them. (Lol 10) 🤣❤️🙏 I hope you take care of yourself my friend to 🙏✨❤️
