Cossack is one of my top three favorite stretches. I suggest doing them before AND after each workout. Add them in periodically throughout the day.. and always in the morning if you want to start the day feeling great. Start with 10-20 reps spending just a moment or two on each side. Then follow that up with another 6-10 reps spending 5-10 seconds on each rep. The video explains the correct way to do it. Make sure to do it properly! But most important... just do it and do it often! 😃♥️
