Try this a few times through: 10x squat to hips up (with your chest pulled in towards your legs) 10x : down-dog to up-dog Nothing fancy.. it never needs to be. Just focus on your breathing and moving in a way that feels good for you. No pressure! But it might end up putting you in the mood to workout... or take a nap 😂
