



DRINK WATER 💦 in the morning 😊 Drink’ng water in the morning is supposed to be a game changer. I know I feel a lot better when I do it but I’m not always consistent. It’s easy to go straight for the coffee ☕️ (at least that’s what I’m told, I don’t drink caffeine most of the time and I don’t drink coffee) but that stuff dehydrates you. But either way every morning try to chugging a glass of water first! Most athletes swear by this!!! 💦 In OTHER NEWS 😍😍😍 my parents horse 🐴 just had its baby this morning!
