

Good morning! About to head to the gym just wanted to share with you what I’ve recently been eating 30 mins before the gym! I don’t like eating a big meal right before I workout bc it makes me feel bloated. This is a great little snack before the gym and has great benefits as well avocado contains high fibers and have more potassium than a banana and clementines have vitamin C and have natural sugars that are packed with antioxidants Here’s what you need! ✨ Wheat bread 🍞 - toasted ✨ Avocado 🥑 ✨ Clementines 🍊 ✨ Pink Himalayan salt 🧂 (sprinkle some on top of the avocado!) ✨ 2 hard boiled eggs (not pictured: I didn’t eat any today bc I wasn’t that hungry but usually I’ll eat hard boiled eggs as well and like to wait atleast 45-60 mins before working out) This usually keeps me pretty full throughout my workout and keeps my energy levels up as well I always drink my BCAAs when I workout so that definitely helps Try this and let me know how it is!
