Hey luvs! It’s Monday! Here’s a great at home workout for your abs. These are great to tone your abs and not give you that bulky look. I recommend going through these with minimum rest and going through the workout 3 times. I workout abs 2 times a week and this is something I love doing keeps my abs so toned and it’s a great way to achieve that line in your stomach! 💕 Here’s what you need: Dumbbells (optional) Yoga Mat A couch ✨ intentional upper cuts - do ten of these weights are optional for these as well but I like to use them! ✨ standing oblique crunches- do 10 on each side I like to use a 5 pound dumbbells for these ✨ slow mountain climbers - do ten on each side ✨ fast mountain climbers - do 15 on each side ✨ couch in and outs - do 20 of these 🔥 ✨ couch alternating leg raise - do 15 on each side ✨ couch side to side taps - do 10 on each side ✨ couch oblique crunches - do ten on each side ✨ couch oblique full body crunches - do ten on each side Try these and let me know how it goes!
