It’s time for you to bloom into the best version of yourself! 🦋 Here’s a great workout to help your glutes get rounder 🍑 What you need: dumbbells and resistance bands This workout is best done as a circuit I would recommend 3-4 times ✨Dumbbell Side Lunges - I use a 35 pound dumbbell for these 3x20 ✨Side Laying abductions- I use a 10 pound dumbbell for these and add a medium resistance band 3x10 each side ✨Banded Seated Abductions - For these I use the heavy resistance band 3x30 ✨Banded Sumo Pulse Squats - I use the light resistance band for these 3x10 reps ✨Fire Hydrants - I add a heavy resistance band 3x12 each leg ✨ Banded Hip Thrust with Triple Abductions - I add a heavy resistance band and use a 20 pound dumbbell 3x10 reps Try these and let me know what you think!!
