Here’s a 🔥 workout I did 🍑 pump was crazzzy This is best done in the gym! ✨Step ups - do 3 sets of 20 on each leg ✨Hip thrusts - do 3 sets of 25 go slow with these and hold at the top! ✨Sumo RDL - do 3 sets of 35 hold at the top with these too I use a 40 pound barbell for these ✨Finish this workout off with 30 mins on the stair master with a medium resistance band.✨ Try this and let me know what you think!
