Here is a amazing and workout I love to do when I wake up. 🌟 This workout can be done anywhere as long as you have a 5 pound weight or weight ball you can use. ✨ bicycles I do 3 sets of 25 ✨ plank 3x40 seconds each ✨ Dead bug I like to use a 5 pound weight for these using a dumbbell 3 sets of 10 🌟I do these about 3 times a week to keep my waist snatched!
