I have bad anxiety and for the last two years I have not travelled outside New Brunswick. Every time I try to I get anxiety. I got used to staying in one place once COVID hit and now it’s hard for me to break the cycle and travel again. I want to, but I just don’t know when I will have the courage to travel again. Many thing’s cause me anxiety, being alone in hotel rooms, traveling alone, etc. so instead of getting mad at me for not knowing when I’m going to travel try to understand that I’m human and I can only do what I’m comfortable doing.
