When I was younger, I tried my hand at a lemonade stand and couldn't understand why the people who bought it pulled a face and spat it back in the cup. My mom came out and tried it herself but instead of spitting it back out, she stood awkwardly with it in her mouth and then made herself swallow it. She gently reminded me that I had to add sugar and water!! Who knew?
