

First day back in the gym since my vacation and lemme tell ya: I feel it ?
Wasn’t the best workout I had, but I did 30 minutes and it’s better than 0! You don’t need to workout for hours a day to see results physical & mentally (keep that in mind!)
FULL BODY STRENGTH: Do each move for 45 seconds with a 15 seconds rest in between. Repeat 5-6 times through for a quick 30 minute burn ?
~ Shoulder Press
~ Glute Bridges
~ Tricep Overhead Extensions
~ Weighted Squat
~ Lunge with Bicep Curl
