I've recently been trying to incorporate healthy ingredients into my diet, and I saw SEAWEED BUTTER on the menu at a small restaurant in Lisbon. I was a little hesitant but it was actually really GREAT! The smooth, buttery texture with a hint of sea salt and seaweed made for the perfect spread on my morning bagel. I need to CLONE this chef and take her back home with me so I can eat this AMAZING creation again!!😍
