Morning rituals are incredibly important as they set the tone for your entire day! There are three things that I like to do as soon as I wake up! The first thing is to feel gratitude for the day; think of it like this, there is no amount of money that I could offer you today that you would accept if you didn’t get the chance to wake up the next morning. So even if I offered you $100 million today but you couldn’t wake up tomorrow you would probably still choose to wake up! So waking up today is actually more valuable than any amount of money you could ever have! Bring that amount of gratitude to your day each morning and start watching things shift! The second thing you should do is set your intention for the day, listen closely as I didn’t say you should create a to do list or call out the goals you like to accomplish, I said create an intention so what is the feeling that you would like to experience throughout your day? For an example today my intention is to feel loving kindness throughout the day, and really feel and imagine what that looks like for you. You can choose to focus on any emotion whether it be peace of mind, clarity, focus, or pure joy. As we start each day fresh, we can better focus on what the tone of our day can look and feel like, and really bring it into the reality of our day! The last thing I recommended doing in the morning is to do something that you love! Something that makes you excited, makes you feel happy to be alive! For me I love to wake up with my adorable puppies cuddles 🥰 make a gorgeous cup of tea 🫖 and really take my time to enjoy it! I also like to take time to read 📖 , be present in my body with yoga, meditation 🧘♀️ and even some self pleasure. 💕 What do you think of my morning ritual ideas? 💡 What are some of your effective or productive rituals?
