I have an incredibly strong upper and lower body, but truthfully My core is My weak point, so while My knee has been sprained, I've been working almost entirely on upper body and core, focused on calisthenic movement and body weight training. (Youtube, calasthenicmovement.) I've been teaching My upper body and lower body to have more strength together by engaging My enitre core and back. You can't have a strong core and abs without an equally strong & stable back side to hold it all together and not expect something to easily twist out of place, and wind up with another injury. So, that's why I've been working on stabilizing My core. If My muscles work together more cooperatively ,mechanically, and synergistically, then I can take My workouts to new levels while risking less injury. It's been an amazingly physically transformative week. I'm so sore! But, now that I've engaged new muscle tissue connections that lay dormant before, watch the rediculous transformation that's about to take place in the next month! I've had a torn trapezeus, dislocated ribs, broken tailbone, scoliosis, rotated c1 and c2 that like to sit on My brain stem, a parasite from Asia that caused havoc to My nervous system, and a subluxated l2 that causes rib rotation. We've all had injuries, but I live in a model of health, growth, and wellness that enables minimal inflammation, and rapid growth and recovery. I believe in the best version of Myself and what I can become. I'm heathier and fitter today than I've ever been. ♡ I choose to work actively on Myself. I choose to create My reality. We become what we believe we are. I create My story.
