Depression is a dirty rotten liar that will tell you everything it can to feed itself and keep you from fighting it. You ARE loved. You ARE worthy of kindness, care, friends, and self love. It WILL BE OK if you just keep holding on and reminding yourself that depression is a dirty fucking liar. ❤️
